Caramel Cookie Squares- LARGE cookie size!- Bag of 8

We've made a pan cookie size version of our smaller cookie squares.  Approximately 3 1/2 x 2 1/5 inches.
Oatmeal cookie base, with gooey caramel and chocolate chips inside, topped with more semi-sweet chocolate on top.
